本文调查了北京市12所高中、初中和小学的学生校园受欺凌现象,分身体欺凌、语言欺凌和关系欺凌三个维度,回应了三个问题,一是北京市校园欺凌情况如何,二是被欺凌经历带来什么后果,三是有哪些措施可减少校园欺凌现象。主要的发现是:小学生、男生、外地学生、普通学校的学生以及家庭经济水平较低的学生更易遭受欺凌;这种被欺凌经历会在一定程度上伤害学生的非认知能力、学校投入乃至学业成绩等。通过加强师生沟通、改善同伴关系,由父母亲自照顾,并采取情感温暖教养方式、加强亲子沟通等策略,可有效减少学生的被欺凌现象。
<<An investigation on school bullying in 12 primary and secondary schools of Beijing was conducted. The research questions were as follows:what are the characteristics of bully victims?what are the results of bullying?what measures can be taken to reduce school bullying?The main findings were:(1)Primary school students,boys,non-native students,students of average schools and students with lower economic status were more vulnerable to bullying;(2)Bullied had negative impacts on students’ non-cognitive abilities,school engagements and learning performances;and(3)Positive teacher-student communications,peer relationships,student-parent communications and more parental emotional support could effectively reduce the probability of being bullied.
