The key of developing rural education lied on the rural teachers. Due to social，economic，cultural and other factors，the building of rural teacher team was facing difficulties. The introduction of the “Support Program for Rural Teachers” at all levels had provided a good opportunity for a comprehensive and systematic solution to the problem of rural teachers’ development. The survey found that rural teachers still faced certain difficulties in life treatment and job title preparation. In the future efforts should be made to improve the development dilemma of rural teachers.
