This paper firstly reviews and summarizes the situation of poverty reduction situation within Dianguiqian rocky-desertification area. Based on the three-dimensional framework of “people”，“industry” and “land”，the index system of policy evaluation for poverty alleviation is established. Based on this system，this paper focus on the evaluation results for the expert，village cadres and the poverty-stricken people. Specially，the expert’s evaluation on the development of poverty alleviation policy，the village cadres’ evaluation on the implement of poverty alleviation policy，and the rural people’s evaluation on the effect of poverty alleviation policy are individually summarized. Based on the evaluation results，this paper finally put forward some suggestions for optimize poverty alleviation policy.
