Financial poverty-aid is an important way to achieve sustainability of pro-poor effectiveness，the village named Wangyuan of Mayang County in Hunan is the typical representative gaining benefit from financial poverty-aid. Through the way of industry guidance，financial support，poverty alleviation fund guarantees and master leading，the poverty alleviation method of Wangyuan changed from “blood transfusion” to “blood made”，and the poverty alleviation achieved good performance. Based on the “people-field-industry” evaluation indicators of poverty reduction，the surveys found that the implementation of pro-poor policies had some performance in Wangyuan，and the living standard of the poor significantly improved，and the poverty reduction sustainability was enhanced；but the livelihood capital of the poor improved little，and the social exclusion persisted. To the problem of poverty alleviation，it needs to scientifically plan the village industries，enhance the village’s self-development capacity，vigorously strengthen the village’s industry，control the financial risk and so on.
