Based on the questionnaire and interview of village cadres and farmers in Liupan Mountain Area Lintao county Tanwang village，This paper systematically reviews the basic situation and poverty status of the village，then With the help of first-hand data obtained from the survey，makes an objective evaluation and Analysis on the implementation and effectiveness of the current targeted poverty reduction policies from two perspectives that village cadres and ordinary farmers，find out the problems and deficiencies，and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions，the purpose is to provide a reference for the formulation and implementation of the next phase of targeted poverty reduction policies in Liupan Mountain Area.
