Based on the logical structure of cultural governance value hierarchy and cultural governance classification，this paper，from the metaphysical aspects of pedigree，elaborates on the national body，the earth，and relations between social groups and homeland. This paper is given the cultural construction mission through the pursuit of national spiritual homeland construction. In the end，some suggestions are given to further cultural construction.
