Although China’s cultural think tank has entered a period of rapid development，there are still many problems，such as unclear definition，unbalanced allocation of development resources and weak influence，which seriously confines the long-term development of cultural think tank. This paper begins with the development situation and analyzes the existing problems of China’s cultural think-tank，puts forward some suggestions that are to accelerate the cultural policy advisory legislative process，to optimize the allocation of development factors，to establish the supervision mechanism，and to expand research scope of cultural think tank.
