The thesis has made a deep analysis of historical value of patriotism and protection as well as utilization on the old site—Meitan Zhejiang University，sorts out the historical evolution，humanity introduction，historical sense significance and evaluation，analyzes the preservation，repair，utilization condition of the old site as well as the existent problems and difficulties，and puts forward policy and suggestions for further protection and utilization.
