The prosperity of housing market rose in 2016. The indicators of housing construction turned to positive growth rate. The growth rate of residential investment was picking up. The space of housing sold increased rapidly and arrived to the highest level in history. Housing price in 70 large and medium-sized cities demonstrated a rising trend and reached to a record high in September. The land price still rose quarter on quarter，and the growth rate was larger than that in last year. We estimate that the amount of housing sold in 2017 would reduce，the growth rate of residential investment would slow，and the rise of housing price would come down.
