The implementation of the strategy of Central China's Rise has promoted economic and social development in central region and as one of the six central provinces,Shanxi has benefited a lot from these policies with great achievements both in economic and social development.But there are still many questions such as more reliance upon resource and worsened environment,a lower level of industrial structure,latecomer disadvantage and lack of policy support.With a precise analysis on Shanxi's present situation,the author makes clear the general requirements and development objectives and carries out a policy-making research to further implement Central China's Rise at the new stage in the new time. <<
