Beijing made a significant progress in talents development in 2010,the goal was clearier,the talents projects were steady promoted,the talents special zone was started up,the talents career arena was greatly extended,the talent development conditions ware gradually improved,and the talents development played an important role in beijing’s economic and social development. At the same time,there is still a wide gap between the Beijing talents development and the three world cities nowadays,such as the structural shortage of Beijing talents,the talents conditions need to be further optimized,the system reform of talents management has lagged,the efficiency of talents is low,and so on. Based on the analysis made above,it proposed that the implementation of the long-term talents development plan of Beijing should be the main line of the talents work in 2011,and we need to establish and improve the city’s talents development planning system,build many talents brand projects,carry out the talents cluster development strategy,promote the regional talents cooperation of Beijing,Tianjing and Hebei,improve the participation of the social community in the talents work,and enhance talents management of the Communist Party of China.
