Since reforming and opening up to the world，social organizations in Beijing has been developed rapidly，and a talent team has been gradually formed. Firstly，the paper reviews the history of social organizations’formation and development. Secondly，the basic situation of social organization talents is analyzed specifically. Then，the author expounds the status and role of social organization talents in the economic construction process. Finally，based on the analysis of the trend and problems in the development of social organization talents team，the author proposes several policy recommendations to strenghen the team building. <<
