The modernization of rural area is vital for the development of both urban and rural economy.The key factor in this process is the human resource，of which the most important part is agricultural.Therefore in order to make progress in the rural development，we could accelerate the development of rural human resource and increase the quality and creativity of the workers.Currently，both the general knowledge and professorial skills of the workers are in sufficient in our city.During the development，there are lots of problems such as，the resource is coordinated without a whole picture，the training is not well targeted at the local rural workers，and the supporting policy is not well implemented.In this article，the problems are identified，analyzed and finally solved.Based on the understanding and analysis of current situation，some strategy is proposed and studied. <<
