    我国房地产中介服务行业回顾与展望

    摘要

    房地产中介服务包括房地产估价、房地产经纪和房地产咨询,是房地产业和现代服务业的重要组成部分。改革开放后,房地产中介服务伴随着房地产市场的发展而逐步发展起来,并在规范社会主义市场经济秩序、维护国家和人民的财产安全、促进房地产市场健康发展、提高房地产市场效率、提高人民居住生活水平等方面发挥着重要作用。2011年,受房地产市场调控的影响,房地产估价行业和房地产经纪行业存在的问题不断显现,行业发展速度减缓。房地产中介行业在曲折发展中走向成熟,开始显现出逐步成为房地产行业主流的发展趋势。随着房地产市场的结构性调整及对专业服务需求的不断增加,房地产中介行业发展前景愈加广阔。 <<

    Abstract

    Real estate intermediary services including real estate appraisal, real estate brokerage and real estate consultation, is an important component of real estate industry and modern service industry. After the reform and opening up, real estate intermediary services develop accompanying with the development of real estate market, and play an crucial role in regulating the order of the socialist market economy, maintaining the national and the people's property safety, promoting the development of the real estate market in a healthy way, and improving the efficiency of the real estate market and people's living condition, etc.In 2011, due to regulation and controls of the real estate market, existing problems in the real estate valuation and real estate brokerage industries have become increasingly evident. These factors have contributed to a slowdown in the real estate sector.The real estate intermediary industry, as part of its process of ongoing maturation, has gradually emerged as a mainstream industry trend. At the same time, structural adjustments in the real estate market and the rising demand for the professional services of intermediaries have increased prospects for the entire industry. <<
