On the basis of summarizing purchase restriction policy, the thesis concludes housing market characteristics of China and main provinces and cities implementing the policy, moreover the author introduces environment to housing prices coordination index model longitudinally comparing coordinate condition of housing prices and environmental factors in the whole country and main provinces and cities,therefore evaluating effects of this policy, in the end the thesis gives suggestions according to problems caused by the policy.
