This paper reviews past 10 years the application status and phase characteristics of Information Technology in our country's public cultural service field, analyses the important impact of IT on the service means and methods innovation. Then the author proposes the major trend of informatization revolution in public cultural service field, planning and outlook the future development of IT in the construction of public cultural service system. <<
