During the period of Twelfth Five-Year, accordance with the requirement of public welfare, fundamental, equity, convenience, a batch of public cultural services system demonstration areas for reasonable structure, development balance, sound network, effective run, benefit for all people will be built, a group of innovative, orientation, scientific public cultural services demonstration projects will be cultivated, which will explore the path, accumulate experience and provide demonstration for China's public cultural services system construction. <<
