During the period of Twelfth Five-Year, Ministry of Culture launches the work of national grassroots cultural team training, plans to train the existing full-time cultural team and amateur cultural team in counties and towns for five years. For carrying out the work, Ministry of Culture holds grassroots cultural team training classes and teaching classes for 10 times each year, edits and publishes the national grassroots cultural team teaching materials, establishes national grassroots cultural team training station and remote network platform. These measures can improve the quality of grassroots cultural workers effectively. <<
