2015年的中国文化生产取得了突出的成绩,其主要表现是:相关制度环境进一步优化,各项政策的指导作用与战略意义明显;文化产业持续稳定发展,文化产业结构逐步优化升级;文化活动凸显特色和亮点,品牌化、本土化和市场化水平不断提高。但也存在一些问题:我国文化及相关产业的国际竞争力有待提高;我国文化创意产业的发展仍存在形式大于内容等不合理现象,相关政策仍有待完善和落实;国际人文交流与深层的价值观对话偏少。本报告针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。
<<In 2015,we have gained outstanding achievements in Chinese cultural production. Chinese institutional environment has been greatly improved,and the policies for cultural industry have displayed their obvious instructive effects and strategic significance. The development of cultural industry keeps stable,and its structure has been optimized. As to cultural events,many merits and highlights are noticeable,and their levels of branding,localization,and marketization have been greatly increased. However,several problems remain to be resolved. The international competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry is relatively weak. There are quite a few defects in the development of Chinese creative industry,and the relevant policies are to be improved and implemented. Chinese cultural events are short of international exchanges of cultural values. To deal with these problems,this report has proposed several countermeasures.
