2016年,国际风云变幻,地区热点频发,互联网国际舆论场热点频出,国际涉华和国家涉外两类热点对我国国际传播能力提出新的考验。从“一带一路”、杭州G20峰会、南海仲裁、第三届世界互联网大会、里约奥运会等热点可以看出,我国在塑造国际形象方面正从以往的“他塑”转为“自塑”。未来,应通过创新国际传播理念、方式和机制,提升互联网传播力和国际舆论引导力,努力提升我国在国际舆论场中的影响力。
