Shanghai FTZ has promoted the system innovation of investment management，trade supervision，financial opening innovation and regulation in process and afterwards in three years，and launched a series of reform and innovation measures，and achieved a series of results，at the same time there are some problems. This report summarizes the progress of Shanghai FTZ in three years and the reform results，analyzes the existing problems，and points out the next development focus，to provide decision-making reference for the reform designers.
