With the continous development of our economy，some environmental problems on resources and energy are becoming more and more pressing，and the ecological environment is worsening day by day. On this basis，the development of energy-saving and environmental protection industry is increasingly important. As one of China’s strategic emerging industries，in recent years，energy-saving and environmental protection industry has been received a number of government policy support which has comprehensive policy coverage and increasingly diversified support instruments. This has rapidly promoted the development of energy-saving environmental protection industry. However，the present policy has existed many problems，such as Legal standards are not perfect，the management system is not smooth，fiscal and taxation policies are imperfect，etc. In the future，China should further consummate relevant policies，perfect the fiscal and taxation policies，widen the financing channels and make full use of the market mechanism to promote the sustainable development of energy-saving and environmental protection industry.
