2016年,中国移动舆论场依然是社会舆论生成、发酵的主要阵地,微博用户数持续“回暖”,微信进一步普及,舆情传播价值增强,新闻客户端百家争鸣,依托于客户端的自媒体号兴起,移动直播进入元年,舆情的“外围地带”引起关注。移动舆论场的传播和议题设置呈现出新的特点。依法管网治网、网上群众路线、政务舆情回应、正能量传播等成为年度移动舆论场管理的热词。
<<In 2016,the mobile networks and applications played a key role in the formation and fermentation of public opinion in China. Both Weibo and WeChat attracted more users. The value of public opinion on mobile networks as well as the diversity of news APPs increased. The mobile live video streaming started to bloom,and the “peripheral zone” of online public opinion,such as Q & A applications,caused wider concern. The public opinion dissemination and agenda setting showed new features. The words related to the mobile networks governance such as “regulation and governance of internet in accordance with the law”,“online mass line”,“government response to public opinion online”,“spreading positive energy” became popular.
