Government purchase of service represents the direction of modern public service provision，as well as an innovative way of service provision by the government. The social organization constitutes an important role player in providing social service. An important way of the government’s delivery of service is via buying service from social organizations. In Beijing，the purchase of service with special fund for society-building constitutes an important part and major way of service-buying by the government. This report，taking as an example the purchase of services from social organizations by the special fund for society-building of Beijing，reviews the practical exploration of that purchase，and proposes innovative policy of buying service from social organizations with special fund for society-building.
