Singapore learned from the experience and lesson gained in the construction of Suzhou Industrial Park, and took a cooperative development model which emphasizes "enterprise lead, profit earning" in Guangzhou Knowledge City development.Under such a model, a strong constructive external pushing factor is absent in the construction of Guangzhou Knowledge City, and meanwhile possible risks to the project are increased. <<
