To crack the problem of Hard-to-Execute，the Supreme People’s Court proposed that we should highlight the mandatory property of the executing work according to law，try our best to push forward the informatization of the executing work and strongly strengthen the standardization of the executing work，namely the general requirements of Liang-Xing-Yi-Hua in the executing work. Yet，as far as the current situation of the executing work in Zhengzhou’s courts is concerned，the requirement of Liang-Xing-Yi-Hua can still not be met. Thus，we should，under the uniform command of the Party Group of the courts，change the current executing pattern，set up five major mechanisms and work together to crack the Hard-to-Execute by mobilizing the resources of the court.
