In 2016，Sanmenxia People’s Courts took series of steps about practically pushing forward the solving of the problem of Hard-to-Execute and won great success，creating a good legal environment for the Sanmenxia’s development of economy. In the current work，there are still some difficulties and problems especially in respect of the basic solving of Hard-to-Execute. And that’s why we need to strive actively for understanding，support and cooperation and take more practical and effective steps to guarantee the execution of all kinds of executing cases to the full extent in time according to law，further lifting the judicial credibility.
