The problem of Hard-to-Execute in judicial cases is a problem that exists currently in the system of People’s Court throughout the country. To solve this problem，we will have to dare to break the traditional pattern in execution and innovate new executing mechanism centering around the justice and efficiency of execution. To turn around the passive situation in execution and protect the legal rights and interests of the prevailing parties in time，considering the features of our court’s executing work and learning from the advanced experience of executing work in other courts，Xiangcheng People’s Court innovate the pattern of Staged Execution which increases the rate of execution and closeness and the degree of satisfaction of People as good results.
