During the process of reform on executive power in recent years，the court in Henan carried out a large number of reform measurements on the segmentation of execution process，the coordination between case filing，judging，and executing，and the supervision on executive power. These measurements played an important role for basically resolving the difficulties in execution. At present，the reform is facing some problems，which shows in dividing powers，coordinating organizations，and supervising operation. We should be guided by the principles of deepening reform，strengthening exploration，and driving innovation，apply the new ideas on organization design and management，propel the optimal allocation to executive powers，improve the establishment to executive agency and its relationship，identify the supervision to the running of executive power，and continuously advance the specialization and institutionalization of the allocation and reform on executive power of court.
