Centering around the guiding ideology of Yi-Xing-Liang-Hua in the executing work，basing on the outstanding problem of not having enough staff in the working practice，the Court of Zhengzhou national hi-tech Industrial Development Zone cracks the Hard-to-Execute in the way of imformatization. By mainly making the best of the internet system of inquiry and control of Supreme People’s Court and Henan High People’s Court，We strongly push forward the judicial internet auction which raises the usage of current platform of executing informatization. Relying on the technical capacity of the technology companies and considering the actual demands of the front-line judges，we innovate independently the software of supervising system to supervise the flow of money involved in the case. These measures not only increase the efficiency of case handling，but also strengthen the supervision of execution and case-handling，laying a firm foundation for breaking the Hard-to-Execute in our court and realizing the goal of becoming a court without piled executing cases.
