The 21st century，the problem of Hard-to-Execute has been an outstanding problem that has caused concern strongly from all circles of the society. Besides increasing the intensity of the executing work，Zhengzhou Intermediate Court values the deterrent effect of the punishment and strengthens the fight against the crime of refusing to execute the judgment and order，which has achieved remarkable result. However，in the executing work，there are also many difficulties and problems which should get solved by perfecting the legislative and judicial system.
