The activity of fighting against crimes of refusing to execute judgment and order is one of the most influential activities in the court system in recent years. Under the leadership of Provincial Court and Municipal Court，Jinshui District Court proceeded with reforms of staff and system about the issue of basic solving of Hard-to-Execute and carried out a series of special activities in which the special activity of fighting against crimes of refusing to execute judgment and order was the most outstanding one.
