In the context of China’s Belt and Road Initiative，Africa is an important point and a vital area for China’s superior production capacity “Going-out” and deepening international cooperation on production capacity. China Communications Construction Group （CCCC） actively takes part in the construction of the three major networks of high-speed railway，expressway and regional aviation and the industrialization in Africa. CCCC aims to build oversea carrier for Chinese industrial capital through constructing industrial parks，to improve the level of Africa’s industrialization through introducing advanced management mode and production technology，and to promote Africa’s management capacity through training Africa’s local technicians and management backbone. Faced with challenges of the slow-down growth rate of African economy，increased government deficits，government’s falling revenue and the decrease in foreign reserves，CCCC carries out international production capacity cooperation with African countries in line with integration of resources and market principle. Despite challenges and problems，China’s production capacity cooperation with Africa will usher in a bright prospect owing to high supplementary fit in each other’s industry.
