The report analyzes the development needs of intelligent transportation during the 13^th Five-year Plan period，summarizes the development basis of intelligent transportation in Guangzhou，puts forward the development goals and ideas，sets up the intelligent transportation system framework of “One Center，Three Platforms”，formulates the 13th Five-year Development Plan of Guangzhou Intelligent Transportation with characteristics of big data and mobile Internet，and proposes specific planning for key construction projects.
