在当今人们越来越重视低碳、环保发展的大环境下,各国政府对汽车的燃油排放要求日趋严格,作为新能源汽车之一的电动汽车愈发受到推崇与重视。然而,当电动汽车如雨后春笋般涌现在消费者视野中时,人们也对其特殊系统的安全性产生了忧虑。为保证电动汽车的安全健康发展,各电动汽车主要生产和消费国家都陆续发布实施了电动汽车安全要求技术法规。本文对安全法规的建立、国内外NCAP电安全评价现状、评价方法及发展动态,进行较为详细的介绍。重点介绍了中国C-NCAP发展动态、C-NCAP电安全评价的方法及依据、C-NCAP电安全评价流程。C-NCAP作为技术前沿的指向标,必然会随着汽车技术的发展而不断前进;随着消费者安全意识的提高以及试验数据的积累,电动汽车的电安全评价方式以及标准也会不断改进与提高。
<<The people are increasingly paying attention to the development of low-carbon and environmental protection.Under this environment,the governments in different countries have implemented increasingly stringent regulationson the vehicle's fuel emissions.As a kind of the new energy vehicles,electric vehicle is increasingly respected and valued.However,when the electric car has sprung up in the eyes of consumers,the people also have the special concerns on safety systems.In order to ensure the safe and healthy development of electric vehicles,the main production and consumption countries producing electric vehicles have issued and implemented the technical regulations for safety requirements of electric vehicles.In this paper,the establishment of safety regulations,the current situation of domestic and foreign NCAP safety evaluation,the evaluation methods and development trends are described.This paper mainly introduces the establishment of C-NCAP regulations in China,the method and basis of C-NCAP safety evaluation,and the C-NCAP safety evaluation process.C-NCAP,as the forefront of the technical indicators,will inevitably continue to advance with the development of automotive technology.With the improvement of consumer safety awareness and the accumulation of test data,electric vehicle safety evaluation methods and standards will continue to be improved further.
