随着国家对汽车能耗法规的日趋严格,低能耗已成为汽车产业发展的必然趋势,汽车轻量化作为实现这一目标的关键技术,受到了车企的重视,而轻量化材料的应用是实现车辆减重最直接有效的手段。因此镁铝合金、高强钢碳纤维复合材料等轻量化材料大面积应用于汽车设计过程中。然而,随着各类法规以及NCAP对碰撞工况下车身结构耐撞性要求的日益提高,对相应车用材料力学性能方面的研究也提出了更为苛刻的要求。本文共分六部分,分别介绍了车用轻量化复合材料全新特征、国内外轻量化材料性能的测试情况及评价方法,阐述了中国在发展汽车轻量化材料应用技术上所面临的机遇和挑战,描述了汽车轻量化材料的未来发展趋势。在结论中指出,汽车轻量化过程中,恐怕没有哪一种材料可以独霸。每种材料都有各自的性能,适用于不同的途径。
<<With the implementation of more stringent regulationson automobile energy consumption,low energy consumption has become an inevitable trend in the development of automobile industry.Automobile lightweight as the key technology to achieve this goal has attracted attention of auto enterprises.And the application of lightweight materials is the most direct and effective means to achieve vehicle weight reduction.So the magnesium aluminum alloy,high strength steel carbon fiber composite materials etc.has been widely used in automotive design process as the lightweight materials.However,with the launching of more stringent requirements on the anti-crash performance of vehicle bodies at the crash conditions in different regulations and C-NCAP standard,the research on the mechanical properties of the corresponding vehicle materials has also put forward more strict requirements.This paper is divided into six parts.They introduced the new characteristics of vehicle lightweight composite materials and the test situation and evaluation methods of lightweight materials both in home and abroad.It also expounded the opportunities and challenges faced by China in the development of automotive lightweight materials and application technology and described the future development trend of automotive lightweight materials.In the conclusion,it pointed out that during the process of achieving the lightweight,no one material can dominate the situation.Each material has its own performance and is suitable for different ways.
