The new village construction cans not get away from the county talented person,but the development of county application talent is the shorting of talent education. This paper analyzed the present condition of our country's talented person's fiscal policy,and disclosed the mostly problems that include the insufficiency of public finance investment,the lack of perfect security system,low efficiency of finance fund,showing fractional character and so on. In the basement,the paper proposed some policies to stimulate the development of county talent. <<
