With the quick development of China's economy and the further deepening of China's reform and opening-up,more and more foreigners come to China to find jobs. This article focuses on the employment management of foreigners,including the legal employment management of foreigners and the measures to deal with illegal employment. It investigates the status quo of foreigners' employment management in China. On that basis,it compares the foreigners' employment management situation in China and other countries. Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions on foreigners' employment management. <<
