The "Talent Management Reform Pilot Areas" is a brand new concept which originated from the "Outline of the National Mid-and Long-Term Talent Development Planning 2010-2020". Some pilot provinces,cities and districts in China had began this program and had achieved some preliminary good practices and experiences. The aim of building up "Talent Management Reform Pilot Areas" is to improve the patterns of talent management and to innovate the mechanisms of talent management. This paper has researched and analyzed the theories and good practices from the "Talent Management Reform Pilot Areas" in China,and come up with several policy suggestions to improve the innovation of theories and practice in the "Talent Management Reform Pilot Areas".
