On the development plan of national middle and long term talents published in June,2010,the main task on the great construction of the creative talented team on science and technology was proposed. To meet the requirement of the time,the explorative research on the construction of the creative talented on science and technology in Chongqing was studied in this paper. With the present condition of the construction of creative talented team on science and technology as research subject,comparative analysis and predictive analysis were used to propose the basic system frame and implementive measure on the construction of creative talented team on science and technology in Chongqing,hoping to provide valuable reference to Chongqing government and related organizations and institutions to carry out the construction of creative talented team on science and technology more effectively. <<
