Since the implementation of the new rural financial policies in the year of 2006,China's micro-credit market has entered a stage of diversification. But the financial institutions which it is really close to the poverty group are limited. Developing the microfinance for the poor is great significance for inclusive financial system,but its development has been seriously neglected. People have gradually realized that human capacity-building of the poverty alleviation microfinance is the foundation and core,compared with the establishment of financial institutions and the introduction of capital. However,the poverty alleviation microfinance faces many human resources difficulties during the operation. Based on analyzing the demand and supply for human capacity building of the poverty alleviation microfinance,this paper presents relevant suggestions respectively from the government,social investors,training institutions and the internal of the poverty alleviation MFI. <<
