Under the financial crisis，the reform of China’s social development suffered a serious strike. The situation of employment is grim，the income distribution system reform needs to be strengthened，the health care and medical system and social security system need to be improved，the housing reform and the household registration system needs to be reformed urgently. In this context，the Chinese government adheres to people-centered philosophy，pursues to protect the people’s livelihood of ideas，developed a series of employment promotion measures，implemented some income distribution reform measures，initiated the reform of medical service and health care system in new belief，continued to make the social security system better，and strengthened the reform of housing system and household registration system. In most areas，we have achieved remarkable results.
