In the process of education legislation in China in 2007，three topics were focused on：responsibility of government，balanced development of education，and operability of law. With the development of legal system，local education legislations made bigger progress，such as the law content，pertinent problems and countermeasures. As the same time，laws correlative with education were perfecting，which may guide the direction of education development. Now the cry for law on Preschool Education are most urgent，and it is expected that it will be brought to the agenda of education legislation in the near future.
