In 2007，educational social organizations saw rapid development，which，together with enterprises，formed a social force for promoting development of education in China. Among them，the development of non-public funding foundations represented by the Higher Education Foundation was the most prominent. In 2007，enterprises mostly adopted the method of charity aid to get involved in education. With substantial expansion of their donation fund and diversification of contribution forms，they have been developing towards the stage centering on “software contribution”. In 2007，a new plural development trend emerged in educational social organizations，with poverty relief and charity aid as the main forms. Meanwhile，some new educational charity modes have been increasingly developed，mainly including the promotion of transformation in educational ideas，innovation in teaching modes and introduction of new curriculums etc.
