Based on the brief introduction of several conceptions concerning the safety production of coal mine, this report discusses the relationship between coal safety production and the comprehensive competitiveness of coal enterprise, and then proposes 10 constructive recommendations on how to build an intrinsically safe type mine and further promote the comprehensive competitiveness among coal enterprises. <<
