After ten years’ construction，there are 23 overseas students pioneer parks in Beijing；meanwhile，these of them form a network.Overseas students pioneer parks in Beijing nurture many of outstanding enterprises undertaken by returned students abroad，which master advanced technology and possess their own intellectual property rights.Therefore，they become important bases that attract and nurture well-trained personnel from abroad，also important bases that achieve and advance self-renovation in science and technology.The article introduces the progress and present situation of the development of overseas students pioneer parks in Beijing，summarizes the fundamental characteristic and main effect of them and analyses the factor of rapid developing of them. <<
