Although the reform of Hukou-transfer system has made a good deal of progress，in some metropolises，this system is still a main encumbrance for free moving of talents.It seems very difficult to wipe off the Hukou-transfer system entirely during a short period；however，we can still adopt some feasible methods to promote the free moving of talents within the current system framework. <<
