Members of international civil society have been actively engaging in international climate negotiations and discussions.They attach particular importance to social justice and political right of the affected population，emphasizing participation of communities and citizens.Based on their professional knowledge，international civil society groups carry out research-based policy advocacy and push forward low-carbon revolution.What’s more，they incorporate climate change into developmental projects，making it more compatible with the interests of the disadvantaged population and considering the factors of gender.Drawn upon the experiences of their international counterparts，the Chinese NGOs might be able to find new ways to increase their autonomy，level of professionalization and thereby their influence and capacity.
