As early as in the year of 2001，the economically rather backward Jiangxi province started a trial rural community which became the “First Experiment” in whole China. Jiangxi began the building of rural community at the level of natural villages，and through several years’ practices，finds out a new mode of rural community suitable for rural areas of south China，and especially for Jiangxi Province. They provide valuable experience for China’s rural administration and village building in current China. This article gives a brief introduction on basic conditions and ways of rural community building in Jiangxi，and summarizes the experiences and enlightenment for us.
